Having received a positive formal pre-planning application advice from the Council, this loft extension will be further extended with two additional front zinc dormers. This project will also feature a rear balcony to the rear of the loft conversion. As project Architects we wanted to add design quality to the dormers by using zinc as a sole material. This will respect the existing architectural language of the victorian terrace and character of the nearby conservation area.
