TW10 Architects Ltd [known as TW10 Architects] is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections.

This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data when clients use our services. It also explains how we collect, use and safeguard the information you give us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

TW10 Architects collects two types of information, “Personal Information”  and “Non-Personal Information”.

At TW10 Architects, we hold data on file for every client and their related projects. This data contains information you have given us or we have collected in order to carry out our consultancy services.

Non-Personal Information

TW10 Architects will only continue to store personal information if required by the case, project or contract. After a case is completed, we will continue to store personal information for a maximum of five years.  We undertake additional security measures to destroy personal information.


As part of our service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications.  However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information they contain.  This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through our website and services.  Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our site or via our service.  If you access or use the service through or on another website or application, then their privacy policy will apply to your access or use of that site or application.  We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of other websites before using them.


Our data is stored solely within the United Kingdom, on well-known Cloud based systems, our website software programmes as well as our website hosting systems.


Under the GDPR legislation, you have the right to access and amend any of your personal data that we hold.

  1. Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on our website, you are not obliged to complete it and can leave it empty. Of course, this would mean we could not contact you if you were making a genuine enquiry
