The original internal walls to this dwelling were removed in order to achieve an open-plan living/kitchen/dining space. The new sliding full-height doors to the corridor allows the bedroom area to feel more/less private in a minimalist manner.
The oak engineered floor was painted in clear white and then varnished in order to achieve a calm but natural warm feel to the dwelling. The kitchen and bedrooms feature a distinctive wall with decorative paper as well as recessed lighting and “secret” storage.
Tw10 Architects designed all the interiors and acted as Project Managers from initial feasibility stages to final completion. All materials, appliances, wall paper and flooring were carefully chosen and put forward for final approval to our client. TW10 Architects designed the bespoke kitchen and managed to resolve problematic clashing corners with careful detailing.
